I incorporate the goals, needs, and abilities of the athlete. Finally, I use the expertise that I’ve gained from training a large array of athletes on-court and in the weight room.
WHAT KIND OF SPECIAL TECHNIQUES OR METHODS DO YOU USE TO HELP YOUR CLIENTS REACH SUCCESS?
Besides incorporating the evidence-based model into my workout prescriptions, I also utilize the principles of progressive overload and specificity. These principles are vital for continual adaptation in the relevant tasks important to the athlete.
